Your personal data are collected from electronic and/or physical environments through forms, fax, courier, e-mail, telephone, call/contact center, public internet sources, website and corporate social media channels if you contact our companies. In addition, your personal data are collected based on the legal grounds of fulfilling legal obligations, establishing and performing a contract, legitimate interest, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and explicit consent where available, as regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

As a personal data owner, you may submit your applications regarding the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law to Nurol GYO and/or Prokar by filling out the data subject application form available on the websites specified below. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested from you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
